Our stay at Zi Shan Man Ju Resort in Zhangjiajie was absolutely amazing. The suite was stunning, with beautiful mountain views and a luxurious bathtub. The restaurant served the best food we've had in China. The staff, especially Tim, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the park.

We had an amazing time during our three-night stay, cherishing every moment here.

The hotel is in an ideal location, with the National Park conveniently nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering an incredible view of the surrounding area. What we loved the most was the incredibly comfortable beds. We woke up well rested and ready to start our day. The food prices were very reasonable, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Not many staff members spoke English, making it difficult to communicate our needs. It would have been better if there were more western options available and if the staff had more language proficiency.

Spent our Xmas holidays in a mountain hotel and it exceeded our expectations. the stunning panoramic view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of local dishes and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet environment on our stay. we loved that the hotel was conveniently located near the national park, which made it easy for us to explore. it was an amazing experience.

The hotel had a language barrier with staff who spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional and fulfilled my exclusive needs. the location was peaceful with a sun terrace and garden area providing a serene setting. the service provided was impeccable, with the staff always eager to help. the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus to cater to different guests. the room advantages were exclusive with an open-air bath and a pool with a view. the picnic area with tables was perfect for enjoying meals in the great outdoors.

The only minor issue was the limited choices at the breakfast buffet. this was compensated by the reasonable prices of the food and drinks.

This resort is a hidden gem! Located near the national park, it offers unmatched convenience to enter the park. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished with comfortable beds and modern facilities. the bathroom has good quality amenities. the staff is very helpful and provide personalized service. Breakfast is delicious with many local and western options. the fantastic view of the surrounding natural beauty is a real treat!
